Our services

Six ways to put space to work.

Every workplace is different. These are the areas we most often help businesses with — each one scoped around your office, your people and your timeline.

01

Office decluttering

Clear surplus paper, equipment and unused items from desks, storerooms and shared areas — without disrupting the working day.

02

Filing & archive systems

Logical, clearly labelled systems for documents and records, so what you need is where you expect it to be.

03

Storage & supplies

Reorganise stockrooms, stationery and shared resources into sensible zones that are simple for everyone to maintain.

04

Workspace resets

Reshape desks, meeting rooms and collaboration areas as teams grow, move or change the way they work.

05

Move & handover clear-outs

Sort, consolidate and prepare an office for relocation, refurbishment or an end-of-lease handover.

06

Ongoing organisation

Scheduled refresh visits and simple habits that stop clutter from quietly finding its way back.

Ways to work with us

Choose the scope that fits.

Whether you need a single area sorted or a whole floor reset, the starting point is always a walkthrough and a clear plan.

01

One-off clear-out

A focused declutter of a storeroom, archive, meeting room or a run of desks — useful when space has quietly disappeared.

02

Full-office reset

A coordinated pass across multiple zones, with filing, storage and desk layouts brought into one consistent system.

03

Ongoing organisation

Scheduled refresh visits and simple routines that keep the new order in place as your team and workload change.

In detail

Each service, broken down.

The six service areas on this page, with a closer look at what each one typically covers. The exact scope is always agreed with you after a walkthrough.

01

Office decluttering

A focused clear-out of the areas where unused items have accumulated. The emphasis is on sorting before removing, so decisions about what stays remain with your team.

  • Desks, workstations and shared benchtops
  • Storerooms, cupboards and shelving
  • Meeting rooms and reception areas
  • Grouping items into keep, reuse, recycle and dispose
  • Coordinating any removal only after your approval

Best as a one-off, or as the first phase of a larger reset.

02

Filing & archive systems

Bringing documents into a single, understandable structure. The goal is that a colleague who wasn't involved in the project can still find a file.

  • Reviewing how documents are stored today
  • Grouping records into consistent categories
  • Labelling shelves, boxes and folders
  • Setting a simple naming and filing convention
  • Flagging duplicates and superseded copies for your decision
03

Storage & supplies

Turning stockrooms and supply points into zones with a purpose, so the things people reach for most often are the easiest to reach.

  • Stationery and consumables
  • Stockrooms and supply cupboards
  • Shared equipment and peripherals
  • Zoning by frequency of use
  • Clear shelf labels and a simple organisation guide
04

Workspace resets

Reorganising the layout of a working office as teams change size, move between projects or adopt new ways of working.

  • Desk layouts and team adjacencies
  • Collaboration and meeting zones
  • Printer, bin and supply points
  • Reception and client-facing areas
  • Re-marking zones after a team change
05

Move & handover clear-outs

Preparing an office for relocation, refurbishment or an end-of-lease handover, so sorting isn't left to the final week.

  • Pre-move sorting and consolidation
  • Packing lists organised by zone
  • Separating items to relocate, donate or dispose
  • Clearing the space for handover
  • A final walk-through of the premises
06

Ongoing organisation

Scheduled follow-up that keeps the new system working as the team, workload and physical space continue to change.

  • Scheduled refresh visits
  • Seasonal archive reviews
  • Re-labelling as teams change
  • Quick checks of high-use zones
  • Updating the handover guide
What we work with

The kinds of items we handle.

A practical list of the physical material most often found in a commercial office clear-out. Every item stays within your control — nothing is removed or destroyed without your approval.

Paper files, folders and loose documents
Archive boxes and cartons
Binders and lever arch files
Stationery and consumables
IT peripherals, cables and dock stations
Retired devices held for your disposal process
Desk accessories and organisers
Signage and display material
Samples and product literature
Manuals and reference material
Shelving and storage units already in place
Event, project and campaign leftovers

This is a guide to typical material, not an inventory of any particular workplace.

Confidential material stays inside your processes. During the walkthrough we agree how sensitive documents are identified, who signs off on any decision, and what should simply be left untouched.

Scope

Clear boundaries.

Knowing what sits inside a decluttering project — and what belongs with a different provider — makes the plan easier to agree and easier to deliver.

CategoryWithin a typical decluttering scopeUsually handled elsewhere
Documents & recordsSorting, grouping, labelling and filingDeciding retention periods or confidential destruction
IT equipmentGrouping, cataloguing and setting aside for your processData wiping, asset de-registration or electronic disposal
FurnitureReorganising items you already haveRepairs, new purchases or contractor removals

Anything outside the agreed scope is identified during the walkthrough and written into the plan rather than assumed.

Compare

Which option fits?

Three common ways to scope the work. All of them begin with the same walkthrough and a written plan.

One-off clear-outFull-office resetOngoing organisation
FocusA single area or a defined problemMultiple zones across the workplaceKeeping an existing system working
Typical scopeOne storeroom, archive or bank of desksDesks, storage, meeting areas and archivesScheduled reviews of agreed zones
HandoverA short zone guideLabels, zones and a written guideAn updated guide after each visit
Best whenSpace has quietly disappeared in one placeThe whole office needs a consistent systemThe team, workload or layout keeps changing
RevisitNot usually requiredOptional follow-upBuilt into the schedule

These are ways of describing scope, not fixed packages or prices. A written scope is prepared for your workplace after a walkthrough.

Optional inclusions

Things you can add to a scope.

These are commonly useful additions. Ask for them in your enquiry and they can be written into the plan.

A written inventory of what has been kept and where it now lives.
Photo documentation of finished zones for new starters and remote colleagues.
A labelling scheme with consistent wording, colours or numbering.
A filing convention guide covering names, dates and category order.
A one-page team quick guide that explains where things go without a manual.
Disposal coordination for reuse, recycling or removal, subject to your approval.
A follow-up schedule for seasonal archive and high-use zone reviews.
A zone map showing the purpose of each storage area at a glance.

Inclusions are agreed in the written scope; nothing here is a standard package.

Questions

Services FAQ.

Short answers to the questions that most often come up before a first conversation. For anything specific, use the enquiry form.

Can you organise just one room?

Yes. A one-off clear-out can be scoped around a single storeroom, archive, meeting room or bank of desks. The walkthrough determines the sensible boundary.

Do we need to stop work while the project runs?

Usually not. Work is planned around your operating hours and carried out zone by zone. Any access requirements are written into the plan before work begins.

Does someone from our team need to be present?

We agree a contact person for decisions and approvals. They don't need to watch every step, but they should be reachable when a judgement call comes up.

What happens to confidential documents?

They stay within your processes. Sensitive material is identified during the walkthrough, and nothing is destroyed, moved off site or removed without the approval you've specified.

Do you supply boxes, labels or shelving?

We work with the storage you already have and can note any additional boxes, labels or shelves it would be useful for you to source. Supply arrangements are agreed in the scope.

Can you help before an office move?

Yes — a move or handover clear-out covers pre-move sorting, packing lists by zone and separating items to relocate, donate or dispose.

Will our filing system change completely?

Only as much as it needs to. A system people already understand is worth keeping; the work usually focuses on consistency, labelling and removing what's no longer used.

How is a project priced?

Pricing isn't listed online because every workplace differs. A written scope and plan is prepared after the walkthrough so the work, timing and inclusions are clear before anything is agreed.

Do you offer recurring visits?

Yes. Ongoing organisation covers scheduled refresh visits, archive reviews and re-labelling as teams change.

Is there a minimum project size?

There's no fixed minimum. The walkthrough establishes what's worth doing and where a smaller, focused scope would be more useful than a broad one.

Can you work outside business hours?

Timing is agreed in the scope so it fits around your operations. Raise any constraints — access, security, quiet hours — at the walkthrough.

What if we're not sure which service we need?

Choose 'General enquiry' on the contact form and describe the area causing friction. The right scope is worked out together from there.
